Return Policies

  • Returns are for store credit only.
  • Returns may be made up to 30 days of the order date, and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
  • Before returning a product, you must call or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number
  • The return authorization number must be printed on the outside of the box.
  • A copy of the original invoice must be included with a note describing the reason for the return.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. COD or freight collect returns will not be accepted.
  • Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, warranty cards, and any attachments. All parts must be complete, uninstalled, and undamaged. Disassembled, damaged, previously installed, and custom parts cannot be returned.

Warranty Policies

  • Parts are guaranteed by to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover defects caused by abuse, mishandling, accident, improper installation or application, the malfunction of another component or part of any device in which the products installed or with which the product interfaces, or extend to products which have been modified or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer.
  •’s liability due to a defective part is limited only to the shipment of a replacement part. We will not be responsible for labor costs, downtime, freight costs, or any other associated costs, for any reason.
  • Before returning a product, you must call or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number
  • Exchanges for parts that become faulty prior to the end of the guarantee period must be shipped to at the customer’s expense. If we find the part to be defective, we will issue a store credit to the customer for the cost of shipping. The replacement will be shipped at’s expense.
  • This Warranty Does Not Cover Replacement of Wear or Maintenance Items

    • light bulbs
    • belts
    • cutting blades
    • bucket teeth
    • injector nozzles

Shipping Charges 

All shipping charges displayed on this site are estimated.  Actual chargescannot be determined until the full order is packed and weighed.  The holder ofthe offered credit card (Cardholder) will be billed shipping charges at theactual posted rates of the carrier specified and not at the sites estimatedcost.  Some large items must be sent by motor freight and will be billed atactual cost from the carrier, and not at the sites estimated cost. Please notethat all shipping promotions are valid in the continental U.S. only.
